Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel an order any time before it has been shipped. We usually ship within 12 business hours from the time an order is placed. You can cancel an order through Your Orders section in Your Account. If our order consists of multiple items, then select the item(s) you wish to cancel.

You can also send the cancellation request email to with your Order Number. After submitting the cancellation request we will send you a confirmation email. Any amount paid will be credited into the same account using which the payment was made.


For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets, customer will receive refund into the same account within 7-10 business days from the time of order is cancelled. If an order was placed using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded since customer didn’t pay for the order yet.
